It’s nice that it’s so low in fat, but one would think that they would mention that the flavor of the red pepper shouldn’t overwhelm any taste of mushroom. In fact this was very disappointing. No issues with peppers mind you, just a bummer as we were hoping for some tasty mushroominess. Funky but healthy… 2.5 out of 5.0 stars.
